We are the national governing body for squash in New Zealand. It is estimated that more than 90,000 people in New Zealand play or try squash each year in more than 300 clubs and other facilities with squash courts around the country. At the heart of everything we do together is our unrelenting drive to get more people on court more often, to succeed on the world stage and to help squash communities thrive.
We employ the equivalent of 5 full-time staff and are supported by a number of passionate people at the club, district and national levels who help us spread the love of squash. We provide a range of services associated with the game including managing the Grading List, coordinating New Zealand representative teams, overseeing the calendar of events and providing growth and support initiatives for the benefit of the community.
In essence we are New Zealand strong. One voice and brand for New Zealand squash. Our logo represents new life, growth, development, strength and peace. The circular shape conveys a sense of perpetual movement while the inner coils suggests a return to the point of origin. Our brand is all about Kiwis choosing squash and loving it.
We are an incorporated society, registered with the Department of Internal Affairs and are governed by the Squash New Zealand Constitution.
