Our framework aligns with our athlete pathway and provides numerous formal learning modules for squash coaches to develop themselves to the highest standard possible. This enables players of all ages to receive quality experiences that will help ensure their continued participation and development in squash. There are also opportunities for coaches to extend learning through extension modules.
Our coach development framework offers recognised qualifications for coaches working within or across the needs of the identified three broad coaching communities. To receive the relevant qualification(s) coaches are required to complete:

The pre-existing Squash Leaders, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications will be recognised in New Zealand until 31/12/2019. The recognition of prior learning in other sporting environments will also be taken into account.
